How to use color as an accessory

Being in love with color as I am, I find myself looking at people sometimes and wondering what they would like in a different hair color, or a different shade of lipstick. It's not as if the person (man or woman) has anything wrong with their god-given natural skin tone or hair coloring, it's just that I can always visualize something I like better. So since I'd probably get a black eye if I tried to make over someone against their will, I satisfy my craving to control mother nature by using one of the models at my favorite playground, DailyMakeover.
